The following Limited Warranty applies to products manufactured and sold by Platre.com International.

What is covered ?

Platre.com International warrants that all products supplied by it are free from defects at the time of manufacture (and delivery if this one is made by Platre.com International).

This Limited Warranty extends to dealers that sold the products in their original packaging and the contractor that first installed the products.

What Will Platre.com International do ?

Platre.com International’s liability is expressly limited to the replacement (in the form originally shipped) of products not complying with this Limited Warranty, or, at our election, to the repayment of, or crediting the warranty holder with, an amount equal to the purchase price of such products.

This limitation applies whether claims are for breach of warranty or negligence.

What is the Period of Coverage?

This Limited Warranty runs from the date of delivery up to thirty (30) days from the date the claimed defect was discovered or by reasonable inspection should have been discovered. In particular, products’ colour and texture defects are considered  to have been discovered as soon as the drying occurred.
This warranty is limited to 2 (two) years from the date of manufacture (and delivery if this one is made by Platre.com International).

How bring a claim ?

Your written warranty claim must be brought within that period and should include a brief description of the problem, photographs if available, and any sales receipts, invoices or other information indicating the date of purchase and installation.

Please send this information directly to Platre.com International even if the products have been bought through a dealer.

What are the exclusions of the warranty ?

Platre.com International will not have any liability or obligation under this limited warranty, in case of :

* any defect caused by misuse or abuse of the product.
* damage caused by unauthorized modification of the products
* defects caused by improper storage of the product.
